Revision Policy

Users get to avail free edits as we can go to any extent to satisfy our customers. Users have 5-10 days of time period to show concerns about their work and ask for revisions. Delayed requests won't be entertained by our team. The rules for our revision policy are:

• ✔ Additional Requirements or Unreasonable Demands: Refunds will not be granted if delays result from the client adding new requirements or making unreasonable demands that were not communicated during order placement.
• ✔ Exclusion of Tips: Refunds will not be issued for tips given to our writers or team members.

Change of Mind

• ✔ Before Starting The Project: If the client wishes to cancel and request a refund before our writers and editors have commenced work, they may do so within one business day of placing the order. The request must be submitted in writing via email.
• ✔ After Starting The Project: Refund requests made after work has started will only be considered if the client has utilized at least three revisions. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued.

Late Delivery Policy

However, if a project is not delivered on time due to unforeseen or unfortunate circumstances, and the client has made at least three attempts to contact our service, a 50% refund will be processed. The client must provide documented evidence showing that the late delivery was due to our fault.
• ✔ Client-Related Delays: Refunds for late deliveries will not be provided if the delay is due to the client's actions.

Inadequate Delivery

We are committed to delivering high-quality work that meets our clients' goals. We encourage clients to provide feedback, and we will reassign or rewrite the work to ensure complete satisfaction. However, a refund request will only be considered if the client has requested at least three revisions in documented form and has communicated their concerns to our support or project management team on at least three occasions within a two-week period.

All ongoing communication, progress updates, and delivery-related matters during pre-sales or post-sales stages should be conducted through our project management tool, official email, or by contacting the assigned numbers. Intellectual Property
